The Big Read returns to Door County for a second year, this time featuring Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. This exhibit, displayed in four sections, reflects the 1876 classic’s continuing resonance with the public and its ongoing impact on contemporary art, from the earliest years of the 20th century to present day.

A great family event. Denise Fleming, a Young Children’s Book Illustrator and 1994 Caldecott Honor Award winner.
