  • Dates of Event: Fridays and Saturdays January 5 - March 10 Meet at the Cook-Fuller Center, 8166 Hwy 57, Baileys Harbor, 10 AM – 2 PM. The Ridges in winter shows a beautiful, serene landscape that is enjoyed by those who love Wisconsin winters. These hikes with a Ridges naturalist cover the cultural and natural history of the ridges and swales in their “off season." Enjoy a leisurely hike on level terrain. Some snowshoes available for hike participants – call ahead to reserve. “If there isn’t enough snow for snowshoes, we’ll take a hike without them!” $5/person, additional $5 to rent snowshoes.   • Dates of Event: Fridays, Weekly Hands On Adult Nights are from 6:30-10:00 each Friday night all year long attracting a diverse crowd, 21 and older, for food, drink, and do-it-yourself art projects in the relaxed atmosphere of the Art Barn. Selected Adult Nights feature Live Music.  It is a 3 1/2 hour kids-free zone. All the studio spaces are open and ready for you to have a fun evening playing with art. The studio fee for the entire evening is $7 plus the cost of your art project. This feature film set in Door County tells the story of a young woman returning home for her best friend’s wedding, which happens to coincide with the one-year anniversary of her father’s death. This powerful evening of entertainment will be the fourth annual “Words on Fire” concert; past years’ events have proven to be resounding successes.   • Dates of Event: 1/23/2018 Since Justin Spencer formed Recycled Percussion in 1995—to perform in a high school talent show in New Hampshire—the four-man band has become a national phenomenon. They call their music “junk rock,” and they create it by turning ladders, buckets, trash cans, car parts, vacuums, and power tools into percussion instruments. Recycled Percussion first gained national attention after appearances in “USA Today” and on “America’s Got Talent.” In addition to playing thousands of shows in over 15 countries, this unlikely quartet has also made guest appearances on “Carson Daly,” “The Today Show,” “China’s Got Talent,” and the Latin Grammy Awards.
